1. Who we are

The Tài Giỏi app and the taigioi.com website are provided by CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ TÀI GIỎI (Tai Gioi Technology Company Limited, "we"). Address: 124/8/2 Bình Giã, Phường Tam Thắng, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. Privacy contact: privacy@taigioi.com.

2. Data we collect

Account information

• Your name, email address and chosen language.
• Your password, stored in encrypted form that we cannot read.
• Your phone number, if you add it to your profile.

Data you and your organization enter in the app

• Customers, contacts, companies, leads, deals, tasks, activities, notes, custom fields and attachments.
• Member invitations, including the invitee's email address.

Technical data

• System logs needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in times and error messages.
• Some settings stored only on your device, such as language and interface colour.

We do not show ads, we do not sell data and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How we use data

• To provide and maintain the Tài Giỏi service.
• To send necessary emails: account confirmation, password reset, organization invitations and account deletion confirmation.
• For security, fraud prevention and user support.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. Your business's customer data

For data about customers that your business enters in Tài Giỏi, your business decides the purposes and means of processing. We process that data only on your business's behalf, to provide the service. Your business is responsible for having a lawful basis, such as customer consent, for collecting and using it.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Tài Giỏi:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Resend: sending email from the app.
• Cloudflare: website and email forwarding.
• Google and Apple: app distribution through Google Play and the App Store.

These providers' servers may be located outside Vietnam. We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it under applicable law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your profile, notifications and memberships in every organization are deleted.
• Organizations you own are either transferred to another member or deleted entirely, as you choose.
• Records you created in an organization that continues to exist stay in that organization, no longer linked to your name.
• The email address in an invitation you accepted remains part of the inviting organization's history.
• Backups may keep copies for a limited period before they are deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, restrict processing and lodge a complaint. Send your request to privacy@taigioi.com from your account's email address. You can also edit your profile and delete your account directly in the app.

8. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited by organization and member role. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

9. Children

Tài Giỏi is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
