Delete your Tài Giỏi account

You can delete your Tài Giỏi account and its related data at any time, in either of the two ways below.

Option 1: In the app

Open the Tài Giỏi app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
If you own an organization with other members, choose to transfer its ownership or delete it.
Enter your password to confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you receive a confirmation email.

Option 2: Request by email

Email privacy@taigioi.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We will verify the request, delete the account and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your profile, notifications, memberships and any organizations you choose to delete, including all their data and attachments.
Kept in organizations that continue to exist: records you created, no longer linked to your name, and the email address in invitations you accepted.
Backups: may keep copies for a limited period before they are deleted automatically.
